Top-3 Map Pack Guarantee

This page is the official, binding definition of the "Top-3 Guarantee" referenced on orkamarketing.com/local-seo and in Orka Marketing service agreements. Where marketing copy and this page differ, this page controls.
1. What we guarantee
If the Guarantee Criterion (Section 4) is not met by the end of the sixth full calendar month of service ("Month 6"), Orka Marketing will continue providing all services included in the client's Local SEO Funnel package at no monthly management fee until the Guarantee Criterion is met. This continues for as long as it takes, provided the client remains in compliance with Section 5.
2. Core Keywords
Between three (3) and five (5) search phrases ("Core Keywords") are agreed in writing between Orka and the client during kickoff, recorded in the client's reporting dashboard. Core Keywords must describe services the client actively offers and may be revised only by mutual written agreement.
3. The Guarantee Zone
The "Guarantee Zone" is a circular radius around the client's Google Business Profile address (or, for service-area businesses, the center of their primary service area as agreed at kickoff). The radius band is determined by market classification:

The exact radius within the applicable band is set at kickoff based on the client's realistic service area and local competition, agreed in writing, and recorded in the dashboard. Once set, the Guarantee Zone does not change unless both parties agree in writing.
4. Guarantee Criterion & how it's measured
The guarantee is met when, in a Measurement Scan:
- the client's Google Business Profile appears in positions 1–3 of Google's local map results in at least 70% of scan points within the Guarantee Zone,
- for a majority of the Core Keywords (e.g., 2 of 3, 3 of 4, or 3 of 5).
Measurement Scans
- Scans are performed using an independent third-party map-grid ranking tool (currently Local Falcon or equivalent), with a grid of at least 7×7 points spanning the Guarantee Zone.
- The determining scan is run within fourteen (14) days after the end of Month 6. Interim scans are run at least quarterly and shared in the client's dashboard.
- If the Month-6 scan does not meet the criterion, free service under Section 1 begins with the next billing cycle, and scans are repeated monthly until the criterion is met.
5. Client responsibilities
The guarantee is conditioned on the client doing three things:
- Onboarding: complete the onboarding form and grant Orka access to the Google Business Profile within fourteen (14) days of purchase;
- Photos: provide job or business photos when requested (no more than a few per month);
- Reviews: distribute the review cards / review links Orka provides to customers in the ordinary course of business.
If the client falls out of compliance, Orka will notify the client in writing with specific steps to cure. The guarantee timeline (and any free-service period) pauses from the date of notice until cured — it does not void the guarantee, it just stops the clock.
6. Exclusions
The guarantee does not apply, or is suspended, where the shortfall is caused by:
- the client (or a third party at the client's direction) materially changing the website, Google Business Profile, business name, address, phone number, or categories without Orka's involvement;
- suspension or removal of the Google Business Profile due to the client's policy violations, misrepresentation of business identity or location, or conduct predating the engagement;
- the business ceasing to actively offer a Core Keyword service, or relocating outside the Guarantee Zone;
- businesses in categories Google prohibits or restricts from local map results.
7. Remedy
Continued service at no monthly management fee, as described in Section 1, is the sole and exclusive remedy under this guarantee. It does not entitle the client to refunds of fees already paid. It is separate from, and in addition to, the 7-day money-back guarantee that applies to the first seven days after purchase.
8. Changes
Orka may update these terms for future purchases. The version in effect on a client's purchase date governs that client's guarantee.
